I have learned so much more being immersed in the body building, powerlifting and the weight training world, especially how important it is to have the right nutrition to get the results needed whether it is weight loss, weight gain, size or strength gain, general health and wellbeing or to overcome injuries. I am new to Body Quest and looking forward to meeting and motivating members. |
